Sam played cajon and drums regularly with the Stanley Street Band from June 2008 through March 2009.

Sam picked up the cajon on a Wednesday, and played for over 2 hours straight with us on Friday.  His wit and character shine through in his playing.  Whether it be tapping on the cajon, or rocking out on the kit, Sam was rhytmically where we needed him to be when we needed him to be there.  He’s a musical sniper!

Jay Browne came up to me while we were in between songs to answer my call for any bassists at the party willing to take the “Street Band Challenge” and play with us during a Biker Billy Party.  I handed him the bass.

Jay didn’t say much, but he kept the solid foundation to the craziness that unfolded throughout the evening.  He helped us fend off the would-be karaoke wannbe’s that seem to come out of the woodwork at outdoor parties, too!  What a fung show!

Phil Wagner fits right in with the Stanley Street Band with his versatile guitar playing ability. He is/has been in a number of bands in Central Pennsylvania.

Phil insisted on NOT practicing with us, sitting in on the first night with a new drummer, tearing it up on a tuned-down guitar, running sound, as well as fitting seamlessly in with the band.  He would listen for a few measures, and play the song like he’d written it.  Phil Wagner is a Rock and Roll magician!  He’s also in the permanent band.

Kenny Dunn is one of those dudes that scares the bejesus out of you until youget to know him.  He stepped in to perform a few raunchy songs with us during an outdoor party in July of 2008.

Billy Fischer has played bass for a number of bands, and he throws the BEST parties!

Brooks Williams sings for the Electric Fence.  He also writes great tunes.

George Welsh is an old friend from “back in the day” when  we were cutting our musical teeth in the band Neogumbo.  George has been playing bass for over 15 years, and it shows in his ability to play dozens of songs he doesn’t know with the band on a moment’s notice!

George played various shows with us in the Spring of 2008 including Billy Bash III and the infamous “Trainwreck” show in Hungtindon, Pa with a band who’s members hadn’t met before the show!  Thanks for jamming with us, George!  We’ll see you soon.  Best wishes in Arizona.

Steve Arnold is by far the most experienced, professional, and acurrate drummer that we’ve had the pleasure of performing with.  Steve is a former member of the Nightcrawlers based out of State College, Pa.  From his random, but tasteful side snare hits to his vocal ability, Steve is a world-class drummer.  He has played with the Greg Howe Band, and he has won many awards for his skills!  Steve just seems to know what to play in a given song.  We hope to have Steve lay down some studio tracks in the future, as well as sit in at a show with us again!

Jenn Henry sat in with us at a few shows in the Spring of 2008.  She lives in State College and has sang in a few bands in the area as well as on the West Coast.  We featured her on a couple of the originals.  She sounded great singing the tunes!  Magical hippie flasks are awesome;)

I was so drunk that I hardly remember playing with Joel Kyle the first time!  He just kind of showed up behind the drum kit on stage at Biker Billy Bash 2008.  He also sat in with us @ Bar Bleu in State College, Pa.
